Single Asset, Multiple Teams, or Full Build

How to know which scope you need, and what actually happens at each one

The question we get most often is:

“Do I need to rebuild everything?”

Nope.

The Claraty Method is modular for a reason. Many breakdowns aren’t everywhere. They’re in a few specific places that create ripple effects. Sometimes it’s a single asset. Sometimes two teams are telling different versions of the story. Sometimes there’s no shared strategy at all, or five versions of it, depending on who you ask.

The scope should match the problem.

Here’s how to tell what kind of work makes sense, and what it looks like when we do it.

Single Deliverable

You have one high-stakes asset that needs to work, fast. Maybe it's underperforming. Maybe it’s brand new.

We clarify the objective and the claim we’re optimizing for. If it’s unclear, we work through that with you first. Then we build the asset with constraints embedded, so it holds up in the real world, not just the review meeting. We test it and iterate until it works.

Common examples:

  • A sales deck for a new vertical

  • A campaign brief for a product launch

  • An investor presentation for a funding round

  • A product narrative for a major release

  • An executive presentation for a board meeting or all-hands

YOU GET

A single asset that’s immediately usable, and logic you can apply to future decisions. If we surface contradictions along the way, you choose whether to address them now or keep moving.

2-3 Teams, Connected Work

  • Marketing updated the brand, but Sales is still using the old pitch.

  • Product shipped something new, but there’s no messaging to support it.

  • Campaign messaging and Sales calls are conveying two different messages.

We work across functions to map how decisions in one place affect outcomes in another. Each team reviews their asset and the impact it has elsewhere. We stay until teams can use it in current and upcoming work.

WHAT YOU GET

Exactly what you need: sometimes that’s new assets, sometimes it’s the connective tissue between the ones you already have.

Each team walks away knowing:

  • How to use what they’ve got

  • How their decisions impact others

  • How to test future choices against shared constraints

Full Infrastructure

This is different.

There’s usually no central positioning, or too many conflicting versions. Leadership can explain the vision, but it breaks down as it moves through the company. Teams are working hard, but not in the same direction.

We talk to people at different levels to find where the logic actually breaks, not just where leadership thinks it does. We work through the contradictions until the constraints work across the full business.

COMMON SIGNALS
  • No clear positioning, or five different versions depending on the team.

  • Founders or execs can explain it, but teams can’t

  • Your company is scaling, but the strategic logic hasn’t been codified.

What We Actually Do

BUILD

We create the full asset suite - sales decks, campaign frameworks, product narratives, enablement tools, templates. You review and implement across functions.

TRAIN

We don’t do workshops in a vacuum. We work inside actual, in-progress deliverables - live campaigns, active sales calls, product decisions -so teams learn while doing.

REFINE

We track what’s working, fix what’s not, and stay until the logic drives results.

WHAT YOU GET

A full system your teams can run without us.

Next Steps

Most companies know something’s off, but not exactly where the gap is.

Start with a diagnostic. We’ll figure out where the breakdown is, what kind of work will fix it, and what the lightest-weight solution looks like.
